Sahar Liaw, the soul of kitchen of Borneo, has more than 20 years of cooking experience from Malaysia, where she worked as professional cook. Her passion for cooking and skills are from long line of family cooks, drawing inspiration from her roots and heritage. She first learned cooking already when she was helping in her family restaurant as a kid. Sahar has created the menu combining the best of the Malaysian dishes with her own family secret recipes, offering unforgettable experience to Borneo customers.
